It’s seems that Orange Safeguard is scooping up lots of off portal users when they browse pages that Orange deems to need age verification. When a user tries to navigate to a page that Orange Safeguard judges as being adult material they are re-directed to an Orange Safeguard page where the user is asked to request a review of the page in question if it is thought the page isn’t of an adult nature. After this they are directed to the Orange World Portal. Hey Presto! There you have it! They got the user back to their content. Who needs to create walled gardens when you can send out press gangs to pull users in!

While doing some research on a potential mobile applications partner I found an interesting article written by a Dr Arielle Lehrmann of the Zofnat Institute for Organisational Research and Consultancy .

In it he delves into the mindset that makes an entrepreneur and what drives them against alot of people’s better judgement. Some tips for VCs and interviews from individual’s who’ve been there and got the t-shirt it seems! See if you can recognise a few traits in yourself.
